Activation Help pls

I don't get the Activation Alert and I don't know my expert ID. I emailed support but not much help so far. Its been 7 days and i am still trying to activate my copy. i followed all the steps correctly and checked over and over again. Little frustrated about fapturbo. Any advise on how to activate fapturbo. How to check if my copy is activated ?

Please check your settings and assure that you allow 'DLL imports'in Tools/options and Expert advisor !

Place Fapturbo on a chart and it will tell you if it is activated.
The alert will give you an ID number you copy and take to the memberzone page for activation.

Eagle,

The problem is however if you download an update of new version (16 to 20 fo instance)then you receivE new ID which can't be re used in member zone as it already activated activation key htrough old ID....
