is there anyone up there who can help me?

I downloaded metatrader from the side of fxdd so now I have ligin informations.But I dont know it s work or not?How can I know that's working?Can onyone tell me please how can I make him work or how can I see its working? Is that program that he can work permanent.I think program from fxdd can work all day.but How will I make him work??Please anyone help me otherwise I will be mad.I never felt myself so stupid.There are to many options like stop loss scalping where I will make set them.I want to buy that program fapturbo but everybody say something about.There are to many product in the market.Is there any product that download and make him start then it set up itself.like stop loss or strategy....
I would like to see tutorials videos of fapturbo is there anyway to see them for the learn about it.That is really important to me for the understand and investing about it.thanks alot for help

You're trying to run before you know how to crawl. You need to learn the basics of MetaTrader first, then learn about EAs.
