Hi, afhter 20 days of fapturbo trading i have duble my acocunt and now trying take out money from my account.
i have 2 account on fxpro.
Made a reuqest for take out on my first account last week via credit card. Today if've got an e-mail as they like to have scanned copy of my CC.
So, i will send them the requested copy (altrhough, this is a pre paied card and no name in on the card Hope this will not a problem)

Second account.
Here is a problem. The second account has ben added to my first Main account. With a dropdown menu i should be able to swich betwean account when i ask a widhtraw.
However; I am not able to swich from my main account to second account to ask widhtrawal (it just not swich due some java error etc)
I asways contact support several times and everytime they tell me it will be fixed tomorrow. So far, nothing has ben fixed.

Due this widhtrawal problems i tried to ask widhtrawal by Wire transfer to my bank. However i just got an e-mail that says:
Thank you for submitting your request.
==================
Unfortunately the transaction has been declined for the following reason.

*YOU SHOULD WITHDRAWAL WITH THE SAME METHOD YOU DEPOSITED*

If you have any further questions regarding this transaction please contact our Accounts department at Accounting@FxPro.com or by phone on +357 25 969 222
=================
Calling the number you can talk to answering machine.

Current status: afhter 5 business days i still not able to get my money back.
Will see what excuse they have afhter sending a copy on credit card.

I think this is very complicate to get back money from there. It seems they will do anything to avoid you to ask you money back.

I have accounts with other brokers (GFTUK, forex metal)
When i ask to take out money from my acocunt i has ben done within 24 hours with both mentioned brokers. No additional question, no tricks to delay..

FXPO seems to be good for trading wiht low spreads but the rest doesn't work very well.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Probably i will close my account going to another broker
Dont like the way they work.

thanks

I use FXPro on a live account. I have two credit cards I used to deposit money into my account.

When I made the original deposit back on the first card in money, I requested a withdraw from them onto the card. After 1 business day I received a request from the accounting department for scans of my credit cards I used for deposit.

After they received the scans, the next day they initiated the transfer to my credit card. About four business days later the credit showed up on my credit card.

I do know that if you happen to live in the United States, and because this is a foreign institution, the Patriot Act kicks in and there are numerous hoops that financial companies have to jump through to send money into the United States. Welcome to the post 9/11 world.

Anyway, there are methods to their madness, they have policies that they follow, but in the end, you get your money back. If you need instant access to the money, I would recommend a different broker, but if you want good spreads and a decent turnaround time on access to your money... I would stick with FXPro. Even the developers of FAPTurbo are now considering them for their accounts.

Hi,
I am happy for you that you could take out money from your account.
I was not able to do so due some nasty tricks.
First of all I am from Europe So there i no reason for all this 9/11 stuff.
Then, they already have my CC number on file as i have funded both accounts trough credit card.
Now afhter i have sent the copy of credit card they just ask me a copy of credit card statement from my bank

Dear Client

Thank you for your email.

This is for my first account. About the second account i have there,
I am still not able to swich to my second abbout with the dropdown menu.
This way i will never be able to withdraw money even if i send an e-mail with withdraw reuqest attaching credit card copies and statements.

I will close my accounts at FXPro and for sure writing my experience on forexpeacearmy I also note that there are other peaple having problems taking out money from fxpro.

Related to fapturbo peaple, they eve didn yet try to take out money from fxpro. Let's wait and see what happens.

I never seen this type of nasty tricks to take out money from my brokers acocunt in 12 years of trading.

There is a lot of credit card fraud out there in the world and I think they are just doing their due diligence. Honestly, if it keeps the credit card option open, more power to them. I have not heard of hassles with the other ways of funding and retrieving, though.

I do agree that the hassle may be due to their due diligence. I had to submit scanned copies of my credit card, statement and also a notary public  for my signature. Guess they want to confirm signature on the credit card is really mine.

Also its to the brokers advantage to credit back ones CC, this relieves them of the original bank CC fees.

ok, but as somone else mentioned, they had to do this when setup an account and not when try to withdraw money (or do they mean, that no one will withdraw as all are loosers?)
What i like to understand is:
If i do fund now my acocunt with paypal (lets say $100) would i then be able to withdrawal to paypal for next withdraw?

Everything moving smooth for me...just that CC takes 5-7 days:o No complaints about customer service from me. I forgot my VAC and I had a e-mail within an hour. I guess they don't like lazy people that don't want to upload their CC image.--LOL. CC...only...only if I had that option (no pun intended) in my futures accounts. ;)...but I keep forgetting that forex trading is an ATM:p
