I do have a high speed internet connection but sometimes my meta trader platform loses connection for a while, but the internet connection is always on...why is that?
Does anybody know why is that?
Is this happening to somebody else?

Your Take Profit (tp) is in pips so it depends on your lot size of how big of a profit you will actually take. It also depends on what currency you're trading against. If you're trading something other that USD, the currency pair that was closed will have to be converted back over to USD for your profit.
If you started to lose profit on whatever currency pair you're trading, it just sounds like it didn't get to 20 pips to close out the trade.

What is your leverage set at?
Also, .10 lot size is too large for a $500 account. You should change it to .01

Actually here are a few calculators for you to use to calculate what your dollar amount per pip would be.
