Broker Experiences: FXOpen

Tried Trading Manually this morning (Sell, EURUSD / 5M) and had a Profit but was unable to Cashout as the "Close Order" button was grey. Later as the profit level went down, it turned on again - and I was able to then Close at a fractional profit only.

My question: Is this a normal situation ?

No the close order should not have been greyed out! I don't know if FXopen is a trusted broker, so can someone else weigh in with their opinion here?
