A Japanese Broker

Has anyone tried this Japanese broker? It seems that it's new:

Though, it does not support MT4, so consider it for manual trading...

I haven't heard or tried that broker, but I'm surprised how few japanese brokers I found online. Is there some sort of heavy regulatory barrier to opening a forex brokerage business in Japan?

Japan had a lot of bucketshops that were closed down...thinned out the numbers a bit. There are a few out there but I wouldn't expect English support.
