mid day trades??

its 4:39 pm here and i just made a trade. gmt is set right and the trade was profitable but i thought the bot only traded from around 9-2pm/am. im from georgia, U.S. if that makes any difference.

Normal trading time for you is 4pm-8pm est if your gmt offset is correct. What broker are you using?

I thought it was 4-9pm EST actually but I could be wrong.

For me (MST) it's 1-6pm. Offset +2 for my broker.
So for EST (2 hrs diff) 3-8pm

Let's see if we can't get a few more opinions and REALLY mess perfectgrim up.

Georgia is EST :D, or at least the vast majority of it is, I think the time zone changes somewhere between West Point, GA and Valley, AL which is just the other side of the river.

hmm ok this is good to know, figured my fapt went crazy and was 24/7 siphoning the global economy into ruin. observation wise iv seen it go from 4-12 trading and anything after that was a pre-opened trade i do believe. thanks for all the feed back though!
