Little help

Hey guy's,

Can anyone help me out. I have a demo account with 5 grand and I'm using the inputs below. If all goes well, I'm going to trading live with a grand. If possible, can anyone give me there opinion on what inputs I should use for both the demo account (5k) and a real account (1k).

This is what I have for the demo account.

L.R.R. 1.0
M.O. 1
M.L. 100
aaa. 13
bbb.14
T.P. 20.0
S.L. 0.0
T.S. 50.0
Span Gator 0.5
Slippage 3

A lower lot size would be a good idea if you're going to start with $1000. Just make sure you open up a MINI account. Probably 0.20 to 0.50 would be a good lot size to start.

I think that 1 mini lot for every $2000 in your account is a good lot size positioning.

Thanks for the reply! So what your saying is keep everything the same but the lot size? One more question, the other inputs that I gave in my post, are they the default's?

Alan I saw your comment about that other EA Turnado (or is it Tornado..haha). I didn't want to start a conversation (thread) about the EA in this chat room. But if you want to PVT message me I'll send you over my e-mail address and I can tell you what I know.

Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying. If trading without a stop loss makes you uncomfortable I'd recommend settings a reasonably wide SL of 300-400 pips.

OK, you can also private message me the information, but it's up to you how you want to proceed. If you wish however to disclose information to the public about this Turnado thing I'd recommend you open a thread at my other more "generic" forum at http://www.moneyguruforum.com (*cough* I do have a scam section all the way way down) :p

Alan, I've notice in other posts that there is a "time' options in the inputs for FAP. I don't have that in my inputs. I bought this EA a few months back and I was wondering has there been an updates since then?

Oh oh..yeah, if you're missing those variables then you're running an out-of-date version of FAP. Jump on over to the FAP members website and download the latest. Don't get confused about it having the same file name, just redownload that file.

Don't worry you're not becoming a pain in the ass. I've setup this forum with the express intention of passing my knowledge and helping people out when and where I can. I'm not expert or some "guru" but what I do know I gladly share.

No, it won't be on the homepage. You should've received a special members link just for your when you purchased Forex Autopilot. Check your mails. If you still cannot find it e-mail the Forex Autopilot support crew with your clickbank receipt number as proof of purchase and ask them set you up properly.

I'd send you the link but like I said each member has his/her own and it is NOT password protected so once it's out there on the net anyone could use it to pirate FAP.
