Good morning;
I am new :) and need help if possible.

I opened an account with FXPro, funded my account and downloaded the M4. The trouble is , I can't open the M4. It's on my desktop and when I click it nothing happens. I've tried twice thinking that it did not install properly. When I click control alt delete I see the terminal is running, but does not open.

I am wondering, can I load it on my daughter's laptop with my account and when my new one comes, reinstall it there and still login to my account, or do I still have to use hers?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Weird I wonder why MT4 won't open for you. Have you checked down below in the tray to see if it's running there and then click on it? But you should have any problems running it on the laptop and then moving it over to your new one. Just be sure to delete it off the other laptop, or leave it on there and make sure you use a different key code.

Thanks for the reply, yes, I checked everywhere for it , when I hit control alt delete I see the "terminal" but it didn't show up on the screen, it was weird :)

My new laptop comes on Tuesday so I will wait. (just a bit anxious to get started) and many thanks to all the great posts. I'm still deciding what EA to use. I'm very new and still reading and taking it all in.
