Database error problems

I just noticed that recently our database pooped out and crashed the forum. I believe I have fixed it but I would really appreciate if you guys would e-mail me if you encounter ANY technical problems of this sort with the site.

Use the "contact us" link at the bottom of the forum OR e-mail me at:

sure, but will this link be displayed on error page if the site crashed due to db error?

Typically it will, unless the ENTIRE database is corrupted. Just two days ago due to a MySQL upgrade one particular database table got corrupted and what that meant was that whenever someone tried to view a post the forum woudl spew out an error, BUT the main index page and the contact us (which use different database tables) link worked.
