FAP plus manual trades?

I have a question. When running FAP and decide to place manually some trade can FAP close it when it will match his settings? I mean if it's safe to place manual trades when FAP is running or it's better to turn it off when trading manually?

I trade manually alongside of FAPS.
I do adjust my lot sizes when I do. Now I am assuming that FAPS doesn't keep an eye on manual trades. From what I have seen so far it hasn't closed any of my manual trades.

Does FAPS close a losing manual trade at the end of the month?? Now that would be interesting!

FAPS does not interfere with any trades that do not have the same "magic key" as what you've set in its properties tab. Thus manual trades would not be interfered with.

I don't think FAPS closes losing manual trades. It should strictly manage only it's own (with its own magic key) trades.
