Nnd_ultralert indicator

I put this together over the weekend for my friends here on the forum.

This is basically a more intricate version of koeiseun's FAPAlert.

Place this indicator into your MetaTrader\experts\indicators directory and drag onto your EA chart.

NND_ULTRALERT Features:
-Works with any EA, not just FAPS
-Supports Unlimited Amount of Trades
-Notifies with concise trade detail (opened/closed orders with profits, etc.)
-Watches Margins/Drawdowns

Input Definitions:
EmailHeader- What you will see in the first part of your e-mail subject
FAPSOnly - This is if you want NND_ULTRALERT to monitor FAPS only (0 for off, 1 for on)
FAPSMagic - This number is found inside faps input settings. Only gets used if FAPSOnly is set to 1
AccountNumberEmail - This puts your account number in the subject of the email alert (0 for off, 1 for on)
MarginPercentAlert - If your free margin percentage reaches below this number you will be notified (0 for off)
DrawdownAlert - If any of your open trades go below or equal this many pips you will be notified (0 for off)
