Trading with a Stop (not a disaster stop)

I have been looking around at the settings here and I wonder if anyone has managed to find a way of trading FAPS profitably with an actual stop set. By that I do not mean a disaster stop of 300 to 500 pips, but a tighter stop lower than 100 pips?

With all the back testing I have done having a stop loss of less than 100 pips will blow out your account. The only way IMHO is having no stop loss or having one at least 300 or higher.
