FAPS member zone not working

Just like the title says. Every time I try to load the members website it comes up "Not Found on Server." Is anyone else having problems with this or is it just me?

They changed the link to the memberszone, as anybody could get to the old one, if they owned FAP or not. I think we need to email them to get the new link...

I was able to get in by going back to my click bank receipt which I have saved. My old favorite is however hosed now.

Does the clickbank receipt number give you a specific link just for you or does it give you a general link like the one before?

They won't be able to help you. You're gonna have to e-mail the FAPS support guys with a copy of your clickbank receipt and request that they send you the link once again.

Sadly yes, unless you have some other proof of purchase.

Hmm, yeah or if you have a copy of your credit card (or whatever payment method) statement that shows the purchase.

No, do not post the link here. This is a public forum and the FAPS members section is private! All FAPS owners will have to either get in touch with their support crew and obtain the link that way or wait for the support crew to e-mail them the new link.

Yes, that's the correct e-mail. I know how you feel. It is pretty crummy of them to just change such an important link without notice.

When I emailed FAPS support I received a response in a couple of hours (more like less than two) with the new link, so far their support has been better than I expected...

The link in my email to members page is not working and my Id key is not valid, that means I can't even start anything with my new FAPS.

I emailed clickbank support with my reference number and within a day they sent me a new link to my member zone.

Good service clickbank and FAPS.

No it's not you, there is a bunch of people with the same problem. This is when our little brain start smelling a dead fish. I forgot to bookmark the Members Zone and now I need to activate the EA. I have received broken links from faps support, and now FAP Turbo is been promoted...hmmmmmmm!!!!

I sent an email to FAPS support last week and I still have not heard anything. I went ahead a forwarded an email support to clickbank this morning. Maybe they will be a little quicker to respond. :) Seems like there's a few of us waiting.

I just tried as well, not working. I too need to reactivate my faps since i reinstalled metatrader. I guess next time I should just write down my number..just always assumed i could go to the webpage. I emailed the FAPS support and attached a copy of my receipt. Hopefully I hear from them soon.

My member link was not working too, although I just bought on Nov 5th.

So I sent my proof to the fap support like some of you and they send me a download link today.

I found they are the same version of August,29th when I first downloaded.:eek:
It seems the old version compared to others on the forum.

Do they change the members link sometime?:confused:

I'm very stuck. I've been sucessfully using FAP for a couple of months now, the other day i decided to buy a windows server so FAPs can run without me having my computer on all the time however it wants me to reactivate my copy of FAPs.


Wheres the members area? Is everyone getting it on the link provided in the welcome email? I think yahoo spam filter has eaten my clickbank receipt!!

Hi Craig, you will need to email Fap support to get them to send you the link. Due to the old link being passed around everywhere for free, we cannot post the new link here.

Hmm, he may run into problems if he doesn't have his clickbank receipt, but I'm thinking he can just e-mail ClickBank and as long as he provides the correct credit card, name, and all that detailed stuff he used during purchase they may reissue him another receipt.

Alan, I'll be honest... it's just nice to have an unmoderated (within limits) forum where we can talk. The old Yahoo email list, FAPWinner, and FAPTurbo are all pretty heavily moderated. As much as I value my FAPWinner membership there are times I would like to ask a question but can't because I know they won't allow it. So thanks for this!

If you ask a very specific question about settings on FAPWinner they'll typically tell you it should be emailed to support instead. And they don't really like talking about any settings Charles doesn't recommend. I can respect that, it's their forum. Just drives me nutty sometimes.

For FAPTurbo you need a username and password to login. For ForexAutoPilot you have to send them an email with your clickbank receipt to get the login url if you lost that url after purchased it.

if you are sure that your username and password are correct and still can't enter the member area then you should email or call the Fapturbo support to resolve this issue. I'm sure you should be able to find Fapturbo's contact information on your clickbank receipt that emailed to you when purchasing Fapturbo.

I always use the same username and password, and never enter in member area, only a few moments. Its a error of the administrators i dont understand. I always i am sending the click receipt, and my Fapturbo is stopped, no trading, because of these problems.
