Can anyone advise if fapTurbo works in overseas?

Hi I am interested in the FapTurbo after reading different reviews by the different users. However i would like to know if i can use the program if ai am not a US resident? I understood that we need to open an account with a broker prior to using the software. Can i do so with overseas broker?

Fap turbo will work with ANY broker that supports the MetaTrader 4 (aka MT4) platform. It does not matter WHERE your broker is located.
