Problem with the download of FAP'S

Greetings,

I purchased the Fap's program today; however, when I tried to load it I could not get a chart to load. I followed all the instructions, right clicked on the currency pair from the chart window and received the msg (Waiting for Update). Took it totally off the computer and tried it again, same results. I was trading the Autopilot without a problem, but this has me stumped. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you Refering to FAPS or FAPS Turbo?

Did you forget to input your key? This is the most common mistake I see people making.
