Does anyone else do this? I have noticed that sometimes FAPS seems to get stuck for lack of a better word and manually closing out trades seems to be a good idea to get it trading again.
Only have it about 2 weeks now so i don thave a whole lot of testing experiance with it, anyon eelse do this/see it as needed?
I'm using a max of 2 trades btw.

I think a lot of us just let FAPS close trades by itself, just let it do it's work while you watch. If you start closing out all your trades that are going in the wrong direction you'll kill your account. A lot of the times FAPS will open trades and it will go in the wrong direction for a little while but will come right back around for a profit.
I have closed out trades before thinking they were never going to stop in the wrond direction, and only to find out if I had waited ten, twenty, or even two minutes later and let FAPS work I would've made a nice profit. So IMHO and experience I would not close out a trade manually and just let FAPS do it.
