Fxdd signing up is slow because of money giveaway!!

I sent in my application and verification documents from last week Monday and up to now I have not received my new account.:(

I called them today and they said is because of the promotion over 3000 applications.:eek:

Dont these people realise that if money is been given away that it would cause their systems to jam up.?:rolleyes:

They also have another promotion for new or existing users to get an extra 3% bonus on deposits if you put it in before Dec. 25th!!!

I would hope that the incentives being offered apply to the day you submitted your application, and not the day they decided to get around to activating your account. Really, it out of our hands right now.

I am in the same boat. Sent in my application on Nov 27, didnt hear anything back so I called them on Dec 5 - right away they sent the email for verification docs. I sent them in and have not heard back on the account information yet.

Speaking of which, I just received a note that "Your application for a live FXDD trading account has been received and is being processed. The account is active but will not be enabled for live trading until you receive a final approval notice."

So - I'm getting closer

I talked with a live rep of FXDD and they said it should only be 1-3 business days to get account approval. I then told the rep that I heard their business was slow and is taking longer than that. He said as long as the app is put in by deadline you will be in the "queue" to receive the $100 bonus. I then asked about the 3% bonus and he said if I put the app in today with all required paperwork it should all be approved and open to funding by Dec.25th. I guess we will see - I have full intentions of going live, but this bonus is icing on the cake. Found some really good settings and ready to make some money!!!!!

Call them tomorrow on the phone!! I had to call them 3 times to get my account up and running! .:cool:

YES! Call them on the phone if you've already put in you app. I called them and finally got my app approved today. The extension on 3% bonus says with a minimum of $5k deposit, but they waived that on the phone too when I told them I'll be depositing about $500.....................
