I used a demo account with ForexMeta and all was well. In view of the activation issues, I jumped straight in and opened a live account with FxPro.
It hasn't traded since I set it up. It does try to trade - I get this on the log:
2008.12.10 09:54:32 TradeContext: ping error
2008.12.10 09:53:40 '123319': instant order buy 0.10 EURCHF at 1.55923 sl: 0.00000 tp: 0.00000
I have spoken to FxPro and they say it is not them and is possibly an EA problem.
I opened a GBP account and funded it with GBP rather than USD - would that make a difference would you think? Anyone else experienced this? I jumped into FxPro as I read here that many people were trading OK.
