Best time for trade

Folks, I am very new into it and learning some of the basics. I am aware that Forex trading is on for 5 days a week and 24 hours a day. But to get the best result, what's the best time to trade, days of the week or days of the month or months of the year?

The best times are between the open of the london session and the close of the US session.

In EST that is 3am to 4pm. This is when the most volume is created.

But I have found any time is good. Price action is price actio at 10 pips a pop

dont trade in december!
backtest, if ur settings pass december(my rule of thumb)
then you...

Hmm, yeah, it must be that in December all that eggnog and booze gets to trader's heads and they make the markets go haywire.

The best time to trade FX is anytime other than at the weekends... I know traders as well as myself who have been up at ridiculous hours to trade the start of a potentially good move.

i think it depends on your strategy or EA. for trending - London and US sessions, for ranging - Asian.

the right spot for me is something from 9:30am to 11:30am EST for pairs like GBPUSD, EURUSD - i prefer to work focused on the best, but not more than couple hours.

I like the European session. That would be after 12:00am EST.
