Anybody knows about Canada Investtechfx forex broker? (http://www.investtechfx.com/). They provide very low spread (1 pip). I have been demo-trading for two weeks and have very promising results. But their customer service (and their website) is very poor. But anyway, the spread is very attractive... Please comment

Hi miracle. I've been working with them for 5 months, and so far no problem including withdrawals. Their spreads are very low and more than this, spreads are fixed whatever the hour is.
As you said, their web site is poor but quality of their service is outstanding when you compare to the other brokers.
The firm is regulated and there's a bank (Globex Interbank) behind them. In fact Globex Interbank offers forex service under the name of Investtechfx.

Globex Inter Bank is an investment bank, not a "regular" commercial bank.
This means different regulation, etc. Not saying you shouldn't do business
with them (or should), just be careful.

Their website says this under scalping - terms and conditions:
Scalping fee of $10 per lot applies.

If you use them, does this mean an extra charge for scalping?

Haven't paid any so far.

Just wondering ... are you live or demo? And if live, how long have you been running fapturbo with them?

I'm trading on a live account. I've been running fabturbo just for two days but results are incredible.

Since spreads are so low, fabturbo is performing very well.

Just downloaded the demo.. looks pretty good.. really low spreads.. GMT offset is 0.. Wondering what the minimum deposit is for these guys.. good thing is , i live 20 mins away from their office in downtown toronto ... gives me a feeling of security if i go with them... thanks for mentioning this guys!

Thanks grandaevus, definately helpful.. applied for an account.... only thing pisses me off now is that instead of running 2 live accts, i can just run 1 live acct per lisc. on fapturbo.. i sent them an email as I would rather get 2 live accts per lisc than unlimited demos and live.. reason being, ive see difference in spread and order fulfilment time! Hence, to me, demo is pretty useless! I'd rather go live with small amounts and test
