Perhaps I am too dumb, but if you said you can't backtest 2 EAs at the same time, how can you backtest it with fap turbo?

Please note... if you use a 5 digit broker make sure to adjust your Hedgine EA also! I had a pretty brutal night

Entirely my fault, the EA did exactly what I had (mistakenly) told it. Instead of opening hedges at 300 pips though, it did them at 30. Those poor hedges got stopped out a LOT.

On the plus side, it worked!

Yes the Safaguard should be able to manage all the open trades

I put together fapturbo and Safeguard on one EA to test it. Since fapturbo have copyright I only can share the safeguard code.

For now to use it on 5 digit brokers you need to ajust initialStop, Stoploss with extra 0. I will try to adjust next version to do this automatically. Still learning the code

Yeah, like I said my fault. An expensive lesson (120 pips or so) but oh well. Are you still running the long strategy with your settings in the first post?

I have been trying it out and I'm getting this error :-

That $677 trade wiped out the two losers ($195 & $172) and then made some.
Also as you can see, the Safeguard trade opened without any Take Profit level. Is this something I've done wrong ?
I changed all the values and added a decimal place as my broker is 5-digit. the FAPT settings are the same as yours ie... TP=20, SL=600.

What are you guys using for the long term settings? I am getting a bunch of tiny trades but then have larger losses that wipe them all out.

I found this setting have the best results
fapturbo stop loss 600
TakeProfit 20
Initial Stop 300
Margin 150
factor 2

Still running it on my demo account for a couple of weeks before I put it on my live account. So far so good. If you use a bigger initial Stop or stop loss the trades stay open forever missing the chance to open new trades. If you use too small the initial stop get hits too often and you loose money. If you use the default 140 takeprofit the stop loss get hit more often too.
