I keep getting the following error messages:

expert stopped
cannot load library fap turbo dll

I have been with this issue for 2 weeks. Support is nowhere to be found. Call after call after call.. Voicemail always full. In two weeks of calling every day only once able to leave a message 6 days ago and never a call back. The frustrating levels are very high. I checked all the seting such as "tools-options-expert advisor-all check marks to the left". Could anyone please help diagnose the problem and let me know step by step how to fix this problem..
