Is subscription required?

Case 1 subscription required

FAPTs requires a subscription, so be aware that you are not purchasing this EA you are loaning it. You buy a licence that lasts only a month. Be aware. They also do not say how much they will charge in the future, but reserve the right to charge what ever amount they wish. So be aware.

Read there "Terms and Conditions" and that is where you first find out that you have not paid for the EA, but paid for a subscription. Very misleading. What this may mean is that they are raising money to sell a licence to the product then raise the subscritpion so much that no one will be able to pay to use it. They will have their deposit to their trading with but you'll be left with an EA that lasted a month. Be very aware, I suggest reading their terms and conditions, just in case I am misunderstanding it myself.

They also do not give you decent instructions to use it and manipulate it. As a result you spend the first three days working out what different parts of the EA do.

If its the first alternative I suggest that:
People start asking for their money back right now, because to me it sounds like an educated "scam", as I have never had an EA with a limited time factor on it and not been told up front about it.

However it is the second alternative then:
Why doesn't fapturbo people make it clearer on what people are paying for?

I was one of the people who bought it when it first came out for 90 some dollars.. the following has been copied and pasted from their site..

Now.. I don't actually believe they will ever charge $399 per month, but even if they do, as it says, I'm exempt from that and so is anyone who bought it recently or BUYS IT NOW.. I believe it is a very well structured plan to get as many people to buy it now as possible.. I mean, who the hell is really gonna buy the thing when it costs $4,800 a year ?

For sure not forex newbies, which I believe is their main target market. Let's face it, EAs are a hit with beginner traders because they beleive it can provide them with an "easy" way to make money from forex without all that "unpleasant" hard work. The big boys with the big accounts are surely happy trading their own MANUAL methods and probably will cast a skeptical eye upon fapturbo as just another easy come easy go forex fab.

As it stands I believe that the people who think they're paying for a monthly subscription are just not reading things correctly. They are making it very cumbersome though by limiting us to 1 live and 1 demo account though. But in a sense I understand why they're doing it. It's the whole piracy thing. It's so easy to rip-off EA developers that it's almost a joke. I salute them for trying to protect their intellectual property, but I do hope they don't end up making things far worse than good by these measures.
