I guess that the site is just being overloaded for some reason. It can happen to any website.

Has anyone tried to get hold of FAPT's staff for their site down? I emailed them, but all I got was...

Don't vent on me because your EA is failing lately. You're being sarcastic, but where is the website ?? You didn't care to tell all your customers here why the website was down..
