GMT time

I'm new to fap turbo and I'm having a hard time understanding how to set GMT.
I live on the east coast, my broker is in Ill. Can someone tell me what to set each market to?

Where you live is not relevant to determining the GMT setting to use. The calculation one should use is to figure out what the current GMT time is and then figure out the different between YOUR BROKER'S TIME (look at the time in your "market watch" window in MT4) and GMT.

What broker do you use btw?

Yes, alan is right. GMT time is the time for Broker's server for MT4. It is the same no matter where you live. Give us your broker's name, may be we can let you know straightaway what GMT time offset should be set in your fapturbo?
