I'll have to choose my broker for a live account carefully then. By the way on the help video they do say they will reset the activation key once if you want to switch your live account to a new broker.

Will do. Going to reopen a demo account in a few days, once I know the live account is working OK (starts tonight) as a direct comparison.
Any idea how the 'stealth mode' works, ie do the brokers know you are actually entering trades and it prevents them seeing when you plan to exit, or don't they know you are in a trade at all? If they do know you want to exit, what can they do about it?

Hi Alfonzo,

As far as I know the stealth mode just sets S/L and T/P that are way higher than those "inside" the EA coding. It will still exit when it hits the "internal" values, but the S/L and T/P set with the broker are to throw them off the scent.

They have to know you are in a trade, otherwise they could not act as a broker.

If you do want to exit then they can put a spike in the price to trigger your stop, known as stop farming I think, dubious practise but hard to prove and no doubt lucrative for the brokers.
