It's already been a week since I bought fapturbo v23 and i still got the same problem. I tried to instal it to my live acct but the alert keep on popping and asking me to activate again. I just can do demo these two days. Many people in fapturbo members area also complained the same thing. is there any latest version? because the support team ask me to download it and restart again. Can anyone there help me? I feel so frustrated buying this EA.

Hi Emma. Are you trying to activate fapturbo to your live or demo account?

Emma you have to seen email screenshots to support@fapturbo.com...and have them reset your member page for same live account. You are most likely using the wrong ExpertID( probaballyfrom demo) for the right key for your 1 live account. The wrong key is hardcoded to Members section. This is my guess. It took me awhile to get support to understand this. If you have to go live trading now you can still use Version 16 with license set to 0...until the 25th of this month...if they don't change by by the 25th, then request refund.

Discovered a new issue today, there is now members forum on the members site now & found that you will get a key error on the live account if the leverage has been changed. This is my issue I think as I changed the leverage after purchasing & installing FAPT & have not got the real account version to go yet.
