Thanks Alan.
That appears to have fixed it. Not getting an alert re expired EA now. However, the log deatils of broker, a/c, margin etc is not displaying. I have the 'PrintLogOnChart' set to true.
Is it to do with being outside the trade time parameters?

no it should still display the info even if it's outside the trade parameters...you made sure you have it on the correct time frame right? for eur/usd it's M1 for the scalper pairs it's M15...check the "journal" tab for any errors...

In the Experts tab on MT4 I get the following entries:

2009.04.01 10:41:02 FapTurbo45PRO EURGBP,M15: expert stopped
2009.04.01 10:41:02 FapTurbo45PRO EURGBP,M15: cannot load library 'FapTurbo3.dll' (error 126)

There is one for each pair. I checked in experts/libraries and I do have the fapturbo3.dll folder in there.

These are the entries under the journal tab so it seems the EA is 'in there' but something else is missing?

Erase the existing dll file and copy it over again...btw, fapturbo3.dll should be a FILE not folder. Make sure it is the one from the prov v45 package. Worst case scenario it could be that somehow the trading platform is screwed up or you have some odd file permission problems. In that case reinstalling the trading platform may be a good idea.

I have completely deleted pro45 file from experts but cannot get rid of the fapturbo3.dll file. How can I do that? Then I will do a complete reload of v45.
I also run v37 without any problems at all but on a separate MT4 platform. Should I download another MT4 platform and retry the install of pro v45 as well?

I've just installed another MT4 platform and then reinstalled pro v45. Same problem. Error message about the dll file not loading.(error 126)
I did notice on the FAPT members site that when I went to download pro45 zip file it began download and then box came up with "Compressed zip folder is invalid or corrupted". Why is that. I ended up right clicking on link and selecting 'save as..' option to put it into experts folder. But still won't happen for me.
Looks like pro is a no go for me.
I have not even been prompted to get the EA activated on the new platform. Usually the alert pops up on the chart that gives the expert ID but nothing at all. What's (not) happening??

Go into the libraries folder of your MT4 platform (ie c:\program files\interbank fx trader 4\expert\libraries) and delete the old file.

Try re-downloading the zip file. Make sure you disable any download manager software you may have and just simply download it with Firefox or Internet Explorer.

Uncompress the contents of the zip file and copy the to the proper locations just as the fapturbo manual instructs. Like I said in my previous post make sure you delete all the old fapturbo3.dll file and old fapturbo ex4 files.

Also don't forget to make sure you have expert advisors enabled!

After many attempts I finally got it to work. Thanks for your suggestions Alan. I still could not delete the original dll file but what did work was to unzip the pro file directly into the libraries folder. Previously I unzipped everything into the experts then moved the file. I've got no idea of what, why or how but at least the pro v45 now works and it has prompted me to activate etc as per normal.

Excellent! Glad to hear you got it all solved. It's kind of odd that you can't delete that file - this may be a windows file permission problem.
