Just curiouse: Does anyone ask refund afhter Bloody monday?

Hi,
i am just curiouse, does anyone ask a refund afhter yesterdays bloddy monday?? Or will you still give it another chance?

Yesterday has not changed my view of FAPT and I won't be going for a refund. What I have done is apply for new accounts with 2 different brokers and will ditch FXPro as soon as I have funds in either of the new accounts. FAPT needs low spreads to make the bread and butter trades it did so well in November and December. The big SL's you just have to take on the chin and forget about. Some of them you can avoid yourself but some will happen since no system is perfect.

they told us to wait til feb, of that doing so would be best. cant get mad if you tried to trade in jan without success. patients is golden!

They actually said to not trade this month ? That's the first time I've heard that. On the topic of the refund.. I probably can't get one anymore even if I did want to get a refund. I'm not gonna get a refund. I bought it early for 90 some bucks. I'm just gonna hold onto it and hope it doesn't break my f'in account.

i think you can ask refund up to 80 days (or was it 60 days) with clickbank...

I'll be applying for a refund, but not necessarily because of the last two days trades.

My biggest issue is that they won't change my e-mail address in my profile, and I think that is putting me at risk.

I'll apply for a refund, then buy it again using my new e-mail address. I bought it when it was $97 so it's going to cost me another $50. But I'd rather pay that than expose my details to who ever gets my old e-mail address.

Plus, I'll take the opportunity to dump FxPro and their ever changing 'fixed' spreads and recent 'technical faults', and look for an ECN broker.

I'm disappointed with FAPT's results so far, but it's still a promising tool. I'll just be much less trusting of it in the future.

Really, they won't change your e-mail? Hmm, odd. Next time you register use a "public" e-mail account like hotmail, yahoo, gmail, etc. Never use your private or "family & friends" e-mail account or you're sure to get added to some forex marketer's mailing list (cough...Marcus Leary lol)

I'd suggest you be more insisting and ask them again to change your fapturbo members profile e-mail - it can't be such a big deal for them to get it done.
