Based on comments here, (while I am new to Forex, I have been reading books for a month, and here for a week) I just tried to open a live account with "fastBrokers.com", and they are registered with FTC, and CFTC, but when you fill in their form you seem to be directed to FXDD for an account there. FXDD is not registered with either. Can some one explain ? Is this registeration even important ? Thanks

As far as I remember FXDD is applying to those regulation firms and it just hasn't gone through yet.
