I was getting that error.. after two tech calls into fxdd they determined my account had been restriced to "read only" (and a week of no trading). no more errors...

I got the same errors in my experts tab.
Running on 2 different brokers
1.FxOpen
2.Liteforex

"2008.11.26 23:34:49 ForexAutoPilot EURUSD.,M1: Alligator Jaw error = 4066; desc = requested history data in update state"

Anybody got ideas?

That is what i have every day. I close metatrader en open it again. Most of the time it will work.
Sometimes i delete the FAP file out of my expert folder, close metatrader, put the file again in de expert folder en restart metatrader.

When I was getting that error, I was also getting a parallel message in my Journal, something like this:
"####(Login#)" instant trade executed eruusd m1 sp 00.0000 sl 00.0000

Are you? that's what keyed the techs on that my account was broke...
