MB Trading MT4 coming very soon!?

Well, nosy me had a chat with the MBT university who are presently working on integrating MT4 on live accounts and the agent told me that it should be out pretty "soon" and its almost done the beta stage.

Is there any other way to use MT4 with MB trading? Please advice.

Some brokers took over a year. I'm shooting for the end of April.

Well, I too was told by an insider that they're going to be launching it soon. Last time I talked to him about this was in the middle of last month - March 09 - so how "soon" is soon your guess is as good as mine.

I'm hoping though they will launchi it by the end of April as I'd like to run FAPS on their MT4 platform. I've had good performance using a low TP so I'm curious to see how it will perform live.

I've noticed on MT4 ECN demo that all Instant Open/Close orders become Market orders with 0.0 price.

It means that in fast moving market an order may be executed not at a price expected by EA, but at whatever market price will be at execution time (up to a few seconds delay.)

So unlike regular broker, on ECN broker most orders will be executed without requotes as there is no required price and therefore no limit in slippage, i.e. sometimes a profitable trade can become a break-even or a loss

And maybe MT4 ECN broker is not always a great deal. it will depend on how often and how far it slips.

I have been demo'ing MBT for months and really need to find a second broker to replace my current one. fapturbo trades really nice on their beta. It has made lots of trades and lots of profits. I have been testing too many EAs on it. I just got a new Beta account and will start testing again from scratch. They have upgrades many times since I started with them. I had a few trades that hung up over and couldn't close early on but I believe all of those issue have been fixed. It pretty solid right now.

I emailed them yesterday and this was their response:

"Unfortunately we do not have a release date yet, but are working diligently
to get this done. We will contact you as soon as we are ready to rollout
MT4.

Thank you for your patience!"

I have chatted and talked with them many times and they never ever state to me even a hint of when it will be available.

There support is great! When I call or chat I always get routed to their MT4 specialist and they are very helpful. I always get emails answered fairly quickly. They always give me a good feeling about them.

I have one big concern according to the NFA broker list they don't have enought capital to stay a member under the new requirements (20M I believe).

I have noticed the spreads on this baby- so far fantastic. I can't wait till the platform goes live.

Has anyone tired ATC brokers? They are ECN on MT4 and similar spreads like MB trading and even lesser commission of $0.40 compared to $0.65 of MB trading. The only downside is their minimum is $5000.

MB Trading's minimum is $500 and will probably remain the same with their new MT4 platform.

I asked customer service, they said that the minimum will remain the same with MT4.
