New NFP pilot

Yesterday I did very well on NFP My system was very easy to follow and I think it could be made into an EA.

Over the past few monts I notice a large swing both ways at the open of NFP. I concluded that this would render NFP pilot useless. So yesterday I went manual.

Heres what I did.....
I watch the swings back and forth for about ten minutes waititng for a direction.

When price broke past the swing low of the 8:30 mega swing I jumped on.
I rode it down and trailed a stop of 20. When price stalled I trailed a stop of ten as price started to go back up I closed for 40 pips.

I then bought immediately but should not have. so we wont talk about that.

I then waited for price to move past new low and jumped on again trailing with 15

Waited for price to bounce up past an previous bounce and closed for 20.

Had I waited anothe 10 minutes I would have done this again.

Can anybody code that?.

Eagle I think the one that comes with FAP classic is useless. Maybe the open source "secrets ea" can be recoded for nfp?

Hmm, I have a news trading EA somewhere on my HD. If anyone wants I can post it on the forex nirvana forum.

Dang, sorry, I meant to say "I have a news trading EA" not "new"...let me look for it....ok found it

At the last NFP I found the best way to trade NFP is set a pending buy and sell at s1 and r1 and just wait, the trend continues from there- the first ten minutes-- Isn't worth me attempting with my broker-- it's the following sustainable trend that can make some $$$...

i heard a lots of people talking about mt5 platform, just one question, do you think they going to release a new version of FAP ea ( suitable for mt5 platform) to existing costumer? cause to be honest this is only ea works for me, im afraid if they are not going to release a a new version for mt5 it will be disaster for me financially and back to drawing board hunting for a new profitable ea which is really hard.

I'm pretty sure they will. They have a financial interest to do so.
