While reading some of the posts, I realized I was using ver 16. I don't know exactly what I did but when I tried to download ver 19, I downloaded ver 20. Many changes were made in this last version. I am posting my settings, if Alan or Earl or anyone has any suggestions please let me know as I changed quite a few of the default settings.

I am concerned with the MA values, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Question: Whats wrong with the default settings? With the exception of the take profit on the long term being too high ( My opinion ) and the lrr being too low my demo account went from $3500.00 to $8863.00 in 5 Days.... I am going to continue to run version 16.... It has performed amazing for me.

Scalper lots setting should be zero for money manager to work.

I'm honored you would use Good ole FAP settings.

Other than changing the period MA large to 75 I would not chnage anything else.

I think the MA cross will filter out the hanging trades. May want to make it even lower because tp is so low.

I will look at that aspect this week.

Short14. There will always be updates caused by imput from the users. Updates usually mean a small problem has been rectified. The programers are trying to give you more profit with the new updates.

Hi Eagle i am using version20 just on scalping with a 5000 demo using default settings but it is only trading 0.01 lots am i doing something wrong i want to trade using 5% of my margin

Money Management is V20 is broken, not sure why but everyone has the same issue. You might want to back off to V16 until they get it fixed. I for one am not updating until I absolutely have to.

How do you know which version do you have?

It shows up at the bottom of the trading platform. I think they are up to version 23 now. Am I right?
