Hello,

I encounter the following problem:

After having installed fapturbo 16 in FXDD ,shortly after I installed version 20 in Forex meta trader (FXDD) with no change in account or broker.
This generated a new ID which has to be activated through the member area in 'Step four' by filling in account number + ID.
As I had already an ID for version FAPTURBO16 it has already given an activation key used to activate version 16.

In the member area the account number and ID are frozen and the new ID can't be substituted to the old ID (I could only add a life account...)no other proposal !
The result is that the new version is totally useless and not operational !

Anyone knows what to do or has experienced this?

Hey Jip,

You should be able to enter the new I.D. and same account # and get a new activation key. Does it not give you a new Key when you punch in the same Account # and the new I.D?

Once you have activated the account there is no option to enter a new expert ID. The fields are removed from the page and replaced by your activation code.

Yes thanks it works now but I have still this message 'activate your copy' and the damn thing doesn't seem to accept the activation key !! it drives me nuts !
old version FAP 20: UNABLE TO REMOVE IT may be that's the problem??

Uninstall it manually, FAPT is really two files only, close MT4 and remove:

C:\Program Files\Your MetaTrader\experts\FapTurbo23.ex4
and
C:\Program Files\Your MetaTrader\experts\libraries\fapturbo.DLL

download zip from members area and put two new files in those folders. Viola!

Something is not clear to me. In updating to a new version after doing the suggested procedure, do i have to keep my old activation keys in older version or i have log it again in FAPT members area and get a new key for the new version?. Coz im having the same activation key problem after deleting the dll file and ex4 file and replaced it with version 23 files respectively. I used the same key as of version 16 and activation alarms are there.
