Angry No access to members zone again.

The link to the FAPS member's zone appears to be broken again. No response from support either.

Did you send a copy of the electronic receipt from ClickBank? I just send them an email and they replied the next day.

No, but I did reply to the welcoming letter they sent me. I'm trying to get a copy of the clickbank receipt which I stupidly lost.

Keep me updated on your status.
I haven't had access to the member's zone since November of last year and I'm still waiting on replies from 4 requests made to their support email. That was along with a copy of my original purchase receipt. Not impressed to say the least.

From what I can tell they haven't been updating the software. I guess I'm not missing out on my little squindly $97 dollars.

I was able to get a copy of the receipt and sent it on to the FAPS support line yesterday.

Well it's almost a year later and still no reply from their customer service.
However, now that Clickbank has updated their site, the new download link to the members' zone is now showing on my account.

Unbelievable customer service I tell you! I don't understand why so many others have received a reply and I never did!! Grrrrrrr............

If any of you should have problems getting the new link to the "members zone" in the future just type in your receipt number at Clickbank and voila! The updated link should appear.
