Hi Alan... I have a big problem here.. I have key in my fapturbo live trading key into the demo account. Is there any solution for this problem? Can I put the same key into my live account anymore? Please help me

I believe you should still be able to use it on your live account because when you go to activate your live account it actually asks you for your live account number thus that key is locked to your live account number and should not work on a demo account.

Try the key on your live account.

I am switching my live acct to a different broker to obtain more favorable spreads...and do not wish to purchase another membership, as I don't need two live accounts. Is it possible to reset the live acct key so as to generate a new key for the new broker? In so doing, wouldn't it deactivate the live acct I am presently using. I wish to keep the original live acct for other trading purposes?

I have sent an email to support asking this same question, along with my clickbank confirmation.

I don't see any reason why it shouldn't be possible. Then again you'll know for sure when fapturbo support answers your inquiry. Let us know what they say in case someone else gets into a similar situation.

Sorry - didn't see Page 2!! It was this problem above I was querying.

I see Alan that it is supposed to have been resolved now, but I'm still having issues. I lost my broker feed yesterday and when I've reset everything everything's working fine again but it's telling me my copy is not activated, and is giving me an expert ID number. I've put in my original activation key from my live account but its still not working, there is nowhere to enter the expert ID number................
