In your clickbank receipt there should be a link to the effect "click here if you haven't received the product after purchase"

Use that link to regain access to the username/password creation page.

Hi Alan,

Unfortunately I do not have a "clickbank" receipt. I have sent an email to them asking for one so I guess I wait. I do know that when I filled in the details for clickbank I was not asked to enter a password - they required email adress only. In the meantime I have sent another email to Support fapturbo. Thanks for your suggestion though.

Thanks for all your help sorry I haven't replied in so long got busy. Yes they did get the password to me after a few days. (I delayed because i was waiting on a new computer and wasn't sure i could install on both of them) look fwd to getting caught up. This looks like a good forum. jcc
