you can set the hell out of FAPS... but sooner or later you're in for a bad day...LOL

with all my yeas of playing with faps(about 2)LOL I've come to realize it's a producer...a producer that will eventually head into drawdown...

it's a race horse you have to let it run knowing when to hold it back or let it go...

more trades with the right interval time might be the answer to geting more profits...

the demo I'm running with 2 trades has been bogged down for almost 10 days...(I closed them) haha I think thats to long to wait ....on that account I missed 10 days of trading...

now it's been sitting on two buys since this morning that are over 100+ pips away...

the demo that I have running 10 trades and the hedger 10 pips out is killing it balanced has grown over 10% in the first day...but it has yet to reflect that in the equity department...but I think it will soon...LOL

just got to watch and see

As long as we are in a flat market hedging works great but once we hit a supertrend then the hedging breaks down. FAPs is a trend trader so I decided not to fight with it.

It seems that when your method breaks down my excells and vice versa. LOL

Combine the two and you got a doozie of a method.

What I am finding is that with fapturbo and your set up are equal in performance. The difference is that the fapturbo set up cuts trades loose while yours holds the equity loss in a hedge until the end of the month.

Not that either is worse than the other.

They both seem to profit around the same. I am waiting for a supertrend to see how turbo reacts to it now.

eagle we need to lock down this whole forum and do our own version of fapswinners... more like fapSuperChargers...

most people have either put these programs on the shelf or they are lurking.

I don't know if you have noticed....I haven't put up any backtest

cutting lose is the bad thing...... FAPS with the month end purge gives it a chance to profit.

you keep closing bad trades you'll eventually kill your account

Thats only if you wait too long and have no trades building equity while trades are in draw down. Supercharge takes care of that.

As far as being the next FAPwinner well I think FAP has run its course and we missed the boat. What happens is most people look for the new next best thing.

You either have to create the next best thing or catch the wave of the rising tide.

I think both of us were too inexperienced at the time to catch the FAP wave and the turbo wave. they have already moved on to megadroid and the world cup now.

Unfortunatley we do not have the coding experience or the affiliate experience to create the "next big thing"

Kinda sucks being traders instead of promoters. Especially since I have a great hybrid scalping method I completely forgot about on the nirvana site.

eagle I can code it...but it won't work well...LOL

I've looked at the new EA's one word JUNK!

people never learn how to use any system before the shelf it...

or once it catches a couple losses they lose interest...

most of the ea's have no support...

we are almost here 24/7

the developers son't even know how to use the program...

taking a manual trade method to build an EA is easier said than done...

truth of the matter is... what ever currency pair you run you have to know it...

I know eurusd

so I can tailor what ever EA I use to it's actions


you also have to understand your ea

I know FAPS....

One of the differneces in turbo to FAP is that turbo relies more on the alligator and FAP picks more trades in the direction of the global trend. This worries me if the global trend turns supertrend because FAP follows a supertrend extremely well but if turbo continues to use more alligator then it could leave trades behind. I am hoping that is not the case which is why I ahvent released any turbo settings. what I have loooks good but I need to see it in a supertrend before I can give it out.
