Trying to work out a FAP Turbo glitch

For the past couple of days, fap turbo hasn't been trading on my account. I had a look at the chart window for my FAP pairs and noticed that the account balance is a couple of days old. I'm using Version 47, and everything else seems to be in order.

Maybe someone with some more experience might know what is going on. I've already sent fap turbo a support question.
